A 35-year-old man with c/o dryness, redness and itching over his left leg for 15 days.
Ultrasound Doppler was done which was suggestive of chronic venous insufficiency with varicose veins.
Diagnosis of Varicose veins with gravitational Eczema & venous stasis dermatitis was made.
Treatment– Endovenous laser ablation of Varicose Veins Eczema and Dermatitis with wound dressing and topical treatment for eczema was done.
Pre image– Shows Scaly, flaky reddish discolouration of skin over the medial aspect of the leg.
Post image after 1 month: Shows complete resolution of the eczematous changes of skin.
